YFU is an intercultural exchange program that offers high school students the opportunity to explore another country and culture while mastering a new language. Through YFU, young people acquire a passion for life-long learning, as well as the skills and knowledge to thrive and contribute to cultural diversity. International students studying at your school bring other cultures directly into your classroom and community. They help you and those around you learn about other people, places and perspectives. When you welcome a YFU exchange student into your school, your students will gain an international perspective that could never be found in a textbook.
