Scholarship is open to students that attend the schools listed below.

The scholarship covers a contribution of half of the program tuition towards the total tuition. (Please see the Germany country page for program tuition information).

All participants must prepare a power point entry consisting of a pictures, photos, and/or drawings related to the theme. * The theme of the contest is “The Perfect Day”. Students will receive directions on this entry following application.

Only students who attend a FIT school in the United States are eligible. FIT schools are schools within the national educational system which are supported by the Goethe Institut and where German as a subject will be established or extended.

Upon returning home, scholarship winners are expected to complete at least one presentation in their school or community to share their experiences, teach others about the culture in their host country, and encourage other students to participate in foreign exchange
